Good Change and Synergy: Call for papers 2025

BIOSWEEP UK would like to invite all front-line technicians, supervisors, loss adjusters, claims handlers, and insurance representatives to share their insights on fostering positive change in insurer-restoration provider collaborations.

Submissions are open for our 2025 Call for papers around the theme ‘Good Change and Synergy’.

We invite you to explore ideas of collaboration and progress within the damage management industry and tell us, from your perspective, the current state of the nation.

This is an opportunity to get your voice heard across the industry.

‘The men and women working closest to a process, hold most of the ideas and solutions for improving the process’’

Dr. W. Edwards Deming

Explore ideas and  potential solutions (technical, administrative, relationship, delivery of service) that could be considered unilaterally and that would benefit the entire industry and the end to end process.

What is the single most ‘Good Change’ idea and solution that makes life better for everyone in the process?

Share your insights on areas needing change in our industry. Your expertise can drive real improvements.

Now, get writing. Good luck!
